Can I mail my payments?

If making payments, they are  due on the 15th of every month. If you mail your payments, please ensure your payments are mailed prior to the 15th of every month. There are 4 ways to make your payments:

  • Your  Invoice:   You can use the links on the invoice to make or schedule a payment.

What is the refund and cancellation policy?

  • All deposits and insurance payments are non-refundable unless indicated otherwise on your invoice
  • All land only payments are non-refundable as of the dates on your invoice

Fees

  • Paypal Fees: up to 3% of total vacation
  • Late Payments: $25.00 per person – automatically added to invoice the next business day
  • Returned checks/payments: $30.00 per person – automatically added to invoice
  • Cancellation Fees: $25.00 per person
